Windows software tends to abstract any kind of technicality from the user, except when it comes to ripping. For some reason, this requires a myriad dropdowns. I’m computer literate and I struggle.

Rear Window
Just watched Alfred Hitchcock’s Rear Window (1954), which I haven’t seen in at least ten years. It’s a fantastic film, there’s no doubt of that but it is also interesting how much has changed in our attitudes to film since then.
